Progression to success
The company ŽE-MA was founded in 1996 and started as a small workshop with only two employees.
Through years of hard work, effort and investment in manufacturing, the company has evolved into a recognizable name.
The owner Josip Rajaković started his business with blacksmith products. He was producing metal garage doors, a variety of balcony railings and later started manufacturing of metal constructions. As the demand for PVC joinery products increased, he decided to start the production of PVC joinery at first and ALU products later. The desire for progress and success was grea. tProduction started in an old wine cella, rand then moved to the garage. Step by step, gradually, a modern manufacturing facility spreading over 4000 m² of enclosed space and 10,000 m² of open space has been developed. The production line of ŽE-MA ncludes PVC joinery from reputable German aluplast profiles and FEAL aluminium joinery. Since the beginning of 2010 the company has been manufacturing insulated glass as well. Own production is perormed on on modern CNC machines. Thus, the factory is equipped with two computer controlled production lines for PVC joinery, CNC machines for manufacturing of aluminium joinery and CNC machines for manufacturing of IZO glass (insulation glass). Modernization of production facilities significantly increased capacity and production quality, and shortened delivery terms . There is still the šroduction of inox and blacksmith products. ŽE-MA today is a company where around 50 employees have the possibility but also the obligation to continuously improve their knowledge and skills.
We are present on the markets covering whole Croatia and our products can be found on the demanding foreign markets of Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, etc. Therefore ŽE-MA has been recognized as one of the leading PVC and ALU joinery producers. The owner Josip Rajaković, together with his family, has put lots of efforts, responsibility and quality in his work and has been contributing for years to progress and promotion of his business but this profession and craftsmanship in general. Consequently, in 2011 he won the Golden Statue by Chamber of Crafts in Zagreb for achieved business results, innovation and promotion of craftsmanship.
